Early Life
Arman Reza Shafiei was born in Afghanistan and developed a strong sense of public service from an early age. His upbringing instilled in him a deep commitment to national values, cultural heritage, and the welfare of Afghan citizens at home and abroad.

He pursued his higher education in fields relevant to diplomacy and public administration, equipping him with the academic foundation necessary for a career in international relations, governance, and consular affairs.
Career
Arman Reza Shafiei has served Afghanistan in various diplomatic and administrative capacities. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in consular services, community engagement, and institutional coordination, with a particular focus on protecting the rights and interests of Afghan nationals overseas. His experience reflects a strong dedication to professionalism, transparency, and service to the Afghan diaspora.
Present Role
Currently, Arman Reza Shafiei serves as the Acting Ambassador of Afghanistan in Mashhad oversees diplomatic and consular affairs within his jurisdiction. In this role, he works closely with Afghan community members, Iran authorities, and relevant institutions to ensure effective consular services, strengthen bilateral engagement, and uphold the dignity and representation of Afghanistan in Iran.
